Gai Amatsu is faced with an indictment by Vice President Fukuzoe and the others with data containing evidence of all the misdeeds he’s committed within the company. However, he resorts to drastic action to stifle that evidence. When Fukuzoe asks for his support, Aruto comes running to face Gai, but Gai shows absolutely no signs of changing his behavior. At the same time, the Ark that has become a Kamen Rider steers towards its next strategy. The Ark appears at the Hiden Intelligence Space Exploration Center. Just what in the world could the Ark be planning to do!?
