Aruto says he’s come in person as president to deliver a new manga artist assistant Humagear, but truthfully he’s a huge fan of Ishizumi. Aruto has finally met face-to-face with the artist behind his favorite manga, “Perfuman Tsurugi,” who he has long admired, but Ishizumi no longer draws the manga.
