Two hundred and sixty years from now, humankind has spread throughout the solar system (SolSys), inhabiting planets, moons and new artifical worlds. Rule of law has broken down in untamed reaches of SolSys, leaving justice in the hands of Bounty Hunters, or in the parlance of time, "starhunters." Starhunter Dante Montane (Michael Pare), hunts for criminals in the far reaches of deep space, while searching for his lost son and struggling to save his orphaned niece, Percy (Tanya Allen). Lucretia Scott (Claudette Roach) is a covert agent for a clandestine network involved in a scheme to transform humanity through the exploitation of alien genes.
