A giant tornado appears that targets power plants and sucks energy out of them. Mutsumi goes to investigate with Marume and determines that the tornado is actually a monster, but the Bardy they're riding gets engulfed by the tornado. Hikari transforms into Joneus, and rushes into the tornado.
