"A life or death game." When the Jyamato appeared, the world was thrown into chaos. But with the sudden appearance of the white fox warrior, Kamen Rider Geats, the world is saved. Keiwa tries to talk to the people around him about what he witnessed, but no one else seems to remember. He resigns himself to thinking it was just a dream, until one day, a mysterious woman named Tsumuri summons him to the Temple of Desire, along with a group of other people. Keiwa is joined by Neon, Michinaga, an office worker named Takahito, the plucky Morio, and a student named Kanato in addition to the flashily-dressed Ace. According to Tsumuri, this group has been gathered to defend the world from mysterious monsters called Jyamato. She adds that whoever is able to save the day will be granted their ideal world. This dangerous but enticing game is called the Desire Grand Prix, the first round of which is a treasure hunt. Some players jump in headfirst, some are anxious, and some fail to grasp what's going on. But the game where their lives and their dreams are at stake has already begun.
